Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Substantial Amendment

View the Approved Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Housing and Community Development: Annual Action Plan 2011-2012. The City of New Haven has completed necessary documentation to receive its allocation of $91,450 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds are a substantial amendment to the City’s current 2011-2012 Consolidated Plan Program Year. The plan for the use of these funds has been approved by the Board of Aldermen. The Substantial Amendment is available for review in the following City departments: Office of Management & Budget, City Clerk and the Library Main Branch.
